Worn-out electrical components (sockets, lighting fixtures, panel board).
Need for cleaning and disinfection of the interior space.

Description of Proposed Works
Based on the above, the following works are proposed:

External Works:
Cleaning and scraping of all external metal surfaces. Application of anti-corrosion protection and repainting with industrial paint (two coats). Repair and reinforcement of roof waterproofing with bituminous membrane or polyurethane coating. Replacement or restoration of damaged panels and insulation.

Internal Works:
Removal of damaged coatings and restoration with new paint.
Replacement of floor with new industrial PVC or anti-slip material.
Reconstruction of the electrical installation according to current regulations.
Installation of new lighting, sockets, and circuit breakers.
Final cleaning and inspection.

Conclusion

Upon completion of the above works, the container will be fully restored, ensuring its functionality, safety, and aesthetics for use as a technical or auxiliary space of the photovoltaic station.

THE TECHNICAL WAREHOUSE

The technical warehouse, a crown jewel of our company, is an autonomous storage facility for our client. Its design and decoration also promote and showcase our company at the Kato Scholari area in Thessaloniki.

Projekt 160-AG

Repairs and upgrades of docks and marinas for boat parking in Greece and across Europe.

Projekt 119-AG

Construction of an underground shelter and an underground wine/spirits cellar.
Here you can see how a sea container can be used for all our needs. It can serve as a shelter in case of war, but in peacetime, it can be used as a storage space for products, a wine or spirits cellar, a quiet room, or a lounge for meeting friends to listen to music or watch a game on TV. Its soundproofing is excellent, which makes it perfect for this purpose.

Projekt 285-AG

Construction of an energy project in the beautiful city of Alexandroupoli, Greece, on behalf of the company ENALLAKTIKI ENERGIAKI SINGLE MEMBER S.A.

An amazing company with big ideas for every energy project they undertake, demonstrating great responsibility by delivering each project with durability and excellent service for their clients. We are proud to be their partners and look forward to continuing our collaboration in the future.

Projekt 1789-AG

Autonomous Hospital in Nigeria

An exceptional infrastructure project designed for complete energy and operational independence. The hospital is equipped with fully autonomous systems for electricity, potable water, wastewater, and waste management.
The energy supply relies on photovoltaic systems, taking advantage of the region’s abundant sunlight — one of our most valuable “partners.” Work has already begun on the integration of hydrogen systems, enabling solar energy to be converted and stored for maximum autonomy.
Potable water is sourced both from groundwater wells and rainwater collection, stored in tanks located in the building’s lower level. After filtration and purification, the water becomes suitable for all uses.
Wastewater and organic waste from the hospital are processed through specialized systems and converted into fuel for furnaces and other auxiliary installations.
A truly pioneering sustainable development project, designed to operate entirely independently — providing healthcare services while respecting and protecting the environment.

The Construction And Installation Of A Double Garage On
The Beautiful Greek Island Of Leros

The construction and installation of a double garage on the beautiful Greek island of Leros, after our study, allowed us to optimize the front part of the house to create an attractive exterior appearance. With the complete interior systems in place, we would be delighted to return in the future.

Solar and Hydrogen Power Generation Unit

This unit represents an innovative energy system that combines solar energy with hydrogen technology, providing clean, renewable, and fully autonomous electricity production.
The rays of the Sun are captured through photovoltaic panels, which convert solar radiation into electrical energy. The excess energy produced during the day is not wasted—it is used for the production of hydrogen through water electrolysis.
The hydrogen, a zero-emission fuel, is then stored and later used in fuel cells to generate electricity, even during the night or in periods of low sunlight.
In this way, the unit ensures:
Continuous and autonomous energy supply, without the need for a grid connection.
Zero CO₂ emissions and full energy sustainability.
Complete energy independence for facilities such as hospitals, military bases, islands, or remote communities.
A true example of green innovation, combining the power of the Sun and hydrogen to create the energy of the future.

A Landmark Project For Investors Projekt 1000-AG

A bus, metro, and train station can provide services and create job opportunities for thousands of people. It can host food and beverage outlets, retail shops, as well as self-service machines such as ATMs and vending machines.
In addition, it offers comfort and protection to passengers waiting, providing a space that shelters them from the cold and the rain. The project also includes the possibility of installing a small automated hotel, where visitors can book and stay for as many days as they wish  or even for just a few hours.Investor 36.000.000 Euro
